    In 2020, the team began exploring ways to utilise extensive experience and knowledge in process management for production companies. After engaging in extensive discussions with managers from various manufacturing companies, we identified a significant opportunity to address challenges related to automated planning and achieving full digital control over production.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t

    This led to the development of a comprehensive model capable of describing all processes and their required resources.     The completion of development of whole software that includes tools such as the Process Developer, Process Performer, Assistant, and Optimizer, all of which were rigorously tested using real production data to ensure their effectiveness.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t

    The solution is now being implemented at full scale through two pilot projects in distinctly different industries: an industrial service company and a manufacturing company.
